Commission for my friend. She still hasn't seen it...and even if she doesn't like it, I do. So I'll keep it About 45 minutes to finish, then a few more to do detail and touch ups. Did a new technique with this one too. I believe all my commissions are experimental uhoh.
I've noticed that-- looking at my older pieces. Sometimes I don't even notice my own improvement. c: Perhaps in a few months I can come out with something like this too. I just get discouraged quickly. :l
nononon dont get discouraged ): Its a harsh demon and its insisting. Fight that ho off xD You should do really fast speedpaints everyday for 5-10 minutes. dont even worry about perfection, detail, getting it looking right. the thing is youre working on it and at the same time you may be experimenting and getting more practice. Compile them into a file and you'll start seeing improvement quite fast. I spent an entire month doing that and I can tell you I've grown
Hmm', I haven't thought of that. I mean, I read/heard somewhere that it's a good way to improve/practice, but I had totally forgotten. I'll give it a try! Thanks. ^^
